🎯 What You'll Do

• Drive end-to-end production execution during final stages of AAA game development
• Manage and mentor Producers and Associate Producers
• Collaborate with directors to align scope, resources, and timelines
• Optimize workflows and tooling to reduce bottlenecks
• Provide status reporting to executive stakeholders

📋 Requirements

• 2+ AA+/AAA titles shipped in a Producer role including gold phases
• Expertise in Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies
• Advanced proficiency with Jira and Confluence
• Fluency in English
