💼 About This Role

You'll join Loadsmart's Digital Sales team to engage senior executives at target warehouse and distribution companies. You'll book qualified meetings for Account Executives and develop SaaS sales skills with a clear path to a closing role.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Research and prioritize target warehouse companies and key decision-makers
• Engage senior executives via high-volume outbound (phone, email, social)
• Book qualified intro meetings for Account Executives
• Contribute to a high-performance, winning sales culture

📋 Requirements

• 0–1+ years of sales or lead generation experience with a track record of hitting goals
• Strong communication, customer engagement, and organizational skills
• High energy self-starter with a growth mindset and ownership over learning

• Experience with SaaS sales tools
• Bilingual English/Spanish
