Description
You will manage strategic accounts with major food franchise chains and restaurant enterprises in Japan, driving long-term business value through relationship building, solution proposals, and contract negotiations. You'll work at the HQ level to maximize LTV and competitive advantage, collaborating cross-functionally with internal teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field
- 3+ years of B2B/enterprise sales experience in food or tech industry
- Native or business-level Japanese or Korean, plus English proficiency
- CRM experience (Salesforce or HubSpot)
- Strong presentation and proposal creation skills
Responsibilities
- Identify and prioritize strategic accounts, developing account plans based on revenue and growth potential
- Build long-term relationships with decision-makers at franchise headquarters and restaurant chains
- Deliver solution proposals including pricing, fee models, promotions, and operational improvements
- Lead HQ-level negotiations focused on mid-to-long-term value, contract renewals, and expansion
- Support onboarding, store rollout, and ongoing performance improvement in partnership with product and operations teams
