You'll join a 12-month rotational program supporting fund administration services like 409A valuations, tax reporting, and portfolio data collection. You'll leverage AI tools and scripting to automate financial workflows and build expertise in private markets. This role offers hands-on experience with Carta's ERP platform for private capital.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Use AI tools and scripting to automate financial processes
• Support 409A valuations, tax reporting, and fund implementations
• Identify workflow inefficiencies and build scalable systems
• Provide feedback to engineering through testing and bug reporting

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Strong interest in AI and automation
• Knowledge of financial statements and common concepts
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously

• Exposure to financial concepts through coursework or internships
• Experience with Python, scripting, or technical tooling
• Experience using AI tools like Claude or Gemini
