💼 About This Role

You'll join Eliot's PACT team to provide peer counseling and support to adults with severe mental illness. You'll empower clients to exercise autonomy and develop self-management plans. Your lived experience with mental health recovery is essential to this role.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide peer counseling and support drawing on own experiences.
• Assist clients in identifying choices and developing self-advocacy skills.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure person-centered care.
• Promote hope and empowerment through meetings and support.

📋 Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with mental health and treatment.
• Must have received or be receiving mental health services and be well in recovery.
• Valid Massachusetts driver's license.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with assertive community treatment (PACT) model.
• Certified Peer Specialist (CPS) credential.
• Bilingual skills.
