You'll own the roadmap for AI-assisted code generation tools purpose-built for technical interviews at CoderPad, a global leader in the space with 4,000+ customers. Your core impact is driving product strategy for AI features and adjacent use cases, collaborating with a distributed team across Europe and the US. This role stands out for its deeply async culture where strong written communication is essential.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own and evolve squad product roadmap from discovery through delivery
• Define success metrics for AI features and drive iteration based on data
• Actively engage customers to gather feedback and translate it into product decisions
• Stay informed on the AI developer tools landscape (Cursor, Copilot, Claude Code)

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of product management at a B2B SaaS company
• Experience owning technically complex products
• Active familiarity with AI-powered developer tools (Cursor, Copilot, Claude Code) as a daily user
• Exceptional written communication and async collaboration skills
