You'll design and build core transaction risk services for Airwallex's global payments platform. You'll own end-to-end delivery of high-concurrency distributed systems in a microservice architecture. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to detect and prevent fraud using graph, ML, and LLM technologies.

• Design and develop transaction risk services using Kotlin/Java
• Own end-to-end delivery of microservice components
• Build high-concurrency, highly available distributed services
• Collaborate on technical solutions and architectural improvements

📋 Requirements

• 6+ years of software engineering experience
• Experience with distributed systems and microservices
• Proficiency in Kotlin or Java
• Experience with fraud detection or risk systems

• Experience with graph databases or streaming technologies
• Familiarity with ML/LLM
• Knowledge of payment systems
