💼 About This Role

You'll join a multi-disciplinary home health care team providing rehabilitative care and skilled nursing to clients in their homes. Your work directly improves clients' function and independence. Enjoy paid training and around-the-clock clinical support.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Follow established care plans and work with patients 1:1 to improve function, ADL, and IADLs
• Educate and instruct patients and family members in rehabilitative care
• Accurately document observations, interventions, and evaluations using a touch pad tablet

📋 Requirements

• Licensed as a Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant in Colorado
• Graduate from an occupational therapy curriculum accredited by ACOTE or equivalent
• At least one year of work experience supervised by a qualified Occupational Therapist
• Willing and able to travel in assigned territory

✨ Nice to Have

• Two years of appropriate experience as an Occupational Therapy Assistant
• Satisfactory grade on a proficiency exam conducted by U.S. Public Health Service
