  • Own customer relationships for key CX accounts, engaging before go-live and ensuring success.
  • Resolve complex technical and emotional issues, providing excellent service to key accounts.
  • Hold regular discussions with customers to review issues and ensure solutions meet needs.
  • Partner with internal teams to handle technical challenges and meet SLA targets.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 8+ years in a Technical/Service role in software or telecommunications.
  • Proven technical problem-solving proficiency.
  • Working knowledge of contact center software/design/functionality.
  • Experience communicating at both technical and functional levels while managing business rapport.

  • TCP/IP networking knowledge and VoIP technology exposure.
  • Understanding of telecom circuits and network topology.
  • Database and SQL concepts and scripting.
