💼 About This Role

You'll join Replit's Product Foundry, an internal engine for high-risk, full-stack 0→1 initiatives that define new multi-billion-dollar product categories. You'll operate as a technical founder within lean autonomous squads, driving rapid iteration and total ownership over technical, product, and launch success. This role reports directly to the executive team and offers a high-visibility path to building your own company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead 0→1 product initiatives from concept to launch
• Build platform systems that other teams depend on
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders on rapid iteration cycles
• Operate as Engineer DRI with full ownership over initiative success

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years of professional software engineering experience
• Full agentic software development stack understanding (coding agents, testing, review)
• Strong track record leading complex projects with cross-functional stakeholders
• Experience building platform systems that other teams depend on

• Technical company founding or high-visibility side projects experience
• Strong product judgment balancing UX, speed, correctness, and maintainability
