Description

You will provide one-on-one care to adults living with ALS, including trach and vent management, in a home care setting. This role offers flexible scheduling, clinical support, and the chance to build meaningful connections with clients and families.

Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Experience with trach and vent care
• Evening availability
• Compassionate and clinically skilled
• Ability to work independently

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one nursing care for adult ALS client requiring trach and vent management
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitor client condition and report changes
• Educate and support family members
• Document care electronically
