You'll oversee financial accounting, reporting, and government contract billing for a mission-driven transportation decarbonization organization. You'll ensure compliance with FASB and Uniform Guidance while strengthening internal controls. This hybrid role is based in Pasadena, CA.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Oversee monthly close and financial statement preparation
• Manage government contract billing and compliance
• Supervise accounting staff and ensure development
• Coordinate audit activities and prepare schedules

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting
• 10+ years of accounting experience with government contracts
• 5+ years of supervisory experience
• Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Excel

✨ Nice to Have

• Master's degree or CPA certification
• CPA firm or audit experience
• Experience with Crystal Reports
