💼 About This Role

You'll serve as the functional lead for international payroll operations across six countries, driving accuracy and compliance. You'll partner with People, Finance, and Tech teams to champion automation and AI-driven improvements for a best-in-class payroll function.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Act as functional lead for EMEA and APAC payroll operations across six countries.
• Provide day-to-day guidance and quality review to the International Senior Payroll Specialist.
• Own end-to-end payroll processing and sign-off for UK and Ireland.
• Lead payroll reconciliations, variance analysis, and internal controls.

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of payroll experience
• At least 3 years in a multi-country or global payroll environment
• Deep expertise in UK and/or Ireland payroll
• Hands-on experience with Workday HCM and/or payroll input workflows

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with CloudPay or comparable global payroll aggregator
• Exposure to automation tools and AI applications in payroll
