💼 About This Role

You'll join a mission-driven team transforming the construction industry by providing maintenance and repair for a modern fleet of heavy equipment and aerial lifts. You'll leverage our proprietary T3 platform to diagnose issues faster and work smarter. This role offers year-round OEM training and the opportunity to work on the newest fleet in the industry.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Use technology to create and monitor work orders
• Repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems
• Maintain paperwork and electronic documentation of work
• Travel to customer job sites for repair and maintenance

📋 Requirements

• Own tools applicable to the position
• Advanced mechanical aptitude and working knowledge of tools
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
• Must be at least 21 years old to operate company vehicle

• Trade school certificate preferred
• Experience in field service, maintenance and repair preferred
• OSHA knowledge preferred
