Description
You will manage the full lifecycle of arbitration claims, conduct evidence-based investigations, and facilitate fair resolutions between buyers and sellers. You will apply complex rulesets, mitigate financial risk, and coordinate vehicle returns and title issues to ensure a transparent auction system.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Experience in detail-oriented, evidence-based decision-making role
- Ability to learn and apply complex, multi-layered rulesets
- Strong written communication and conflict resolution skills
- Meticulous attention to detail and procedural adherence
Responsibilities
- Manage full lifecycle of arbitration claims from investigation to resolution
- Apply and interpret NAAA and ADESA arbitration policies for procedural integrity
- Conduct financial analysis and formulate fair offers using concession calculators
- Perform vehicle history verification using AutoCheck, Carfax, and Auto Data Direct
- Coordinate vehicle return and unwind process, securing vehicle and title
