Description

You will manage the full lifecycle of arbitration claims, conduct evidence-based investigations, and facilitate fair resolutions between buyers and sellers. You will apply complex rulesets, mitigate financial risk, and coordinate vehicle returns and title issues to ensure a transparent auction system.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Experience in detail-oriented, evidence-based decision-making role
  • Ability to learn and apply complex, multi-layered rulesets
  • Strong written communication and conflict resolution skills
  • Meticulous attention to detail and procedural adherence

Responsibilities

  • Manage full lifecycle of arbitration claims from investigation to resolution
  • Apply and interpret NAAA and ADESA arbitration policies for procedural integrity
  • Conduct financial analysis and formulate fair offers using concession calculators
  • Perform vehicle history verification using AutoCheck, Carfax, and Auto Data Direct
  • Coordinate vehicle return and unwind process, securing vehicle and title
