🎯 What You'll Do

• Use AI coding tools like Claude to accelerate feature development
• Build and ship AI products, workflows, and agents
• Ship features end-to-end: design, develop, test, deploy, monitor
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on architecture and deployment

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years as a Backend Engineer shipping real AI products
• Proficient in NodeJS or Python
• Strong with PostgreSQL and ORM libraries
• Experience shipping products using Claude AI tools

• Experience with SQL and NoSQL fundamentals
