You'll serve as the sole legal advisor to the Founder CEO and leadership of a high-growth B2B tech company, overseeing commercial contracts, M&A, and compliance. You'll shape the legal strategy across multiple businesses, driving long-term success in a remote-first environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts and partnership agreements.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy and international laws.
• Lead litigation, manage disputes, and collaborate with external counsel.
• Oversee intellectual property portfolio, including patents and trademarks.

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years of legal experience in law firms or in-house roles.
• Expertise in contract negotiation, employment law, M&A, and compliance.
• Knowledge of global data privacy regulations.
• Must reside in or relocate to Nashville, Tennessee.
