You'll drive commercial sales and expand our footprint across government and enterprise procurement. You'll take ownership of the tendering function while building strong stakeholder relationships. This is a hands-on role for a driven self-starter in a fast-moving B2B environment.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Drive commercial sales through tenders and proactive business development.
  • Build and scale the B2B division with effective frameworks and processes.
  • Lead and develop a team of two in office and remote.
  • Manage end-to-end tender process from assessment to contract execution.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • University degree qualified in Commerce, Business or similar.
  • Proven success achieving sales targets through proactive business development.
  • Strong understanding of government procurement processes.
  • Experience managing complex tender submissions in the Australian market.
