๐ผ About This Role
You'll drive commercial sales and expand our footprint across government and enterprise procurement. You'll take ownership of the tendering function while building strong stakeholder relationships. This is a hands-on role for a driven self-starter in a fast-moving B2B environment.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Drive commercial sales through tenders and proactive business development.
- Build and scale the B2B division with effective frameworks and processes.
- Lead and develop a team of two in office and remote.
- Manage end-to-end tender process from assessment to contract execution.
๐ Requirements
- University degree qualified in Commerce, Business or similar.
- Proven success achieving sales targets through proactive business development.
- Strong understanding of government procurement processes.
- Experience managing complex tender submissions in the Australian market.
