- Triage and resolve customer issues across multiple channels.
- Provide technical support using hardware, software, and network expertise.

- Collaborate with internal teams to improve troubleshooting workflows.
๐ Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalency certificate.
- 1+ years of front-line customer support experience.
- Fluent in English and Korean.
