You'll join a mission-driven team transforming the construction industry by providing maintenance and repair for heavy equipment and aerial lifts. You'll use cutting-edge technology to diagnose issues faster and work smarter. This role offers year-round company-provided OEM training and the opportunity to work on the newest fleet in the industry.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Use technology to create, assign, and monitor work orders
• Maintain and repair complex mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems
• Assist with pick-up and delivery of equipment parts
• Travel to customer job sites for repair and maintenance

📋 Requirements

• Must own tools applicable to position
• Advanced mechanical aptitude and working knowledge of tools
• Extensive knowledge of construction equipment with advanced understanding of schematics and diagrams
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record

✨ Nice to Have

• Trade school certificate preferred
• Experience in field service, maintenance and repair preferred
• Knowledge of OSHA requirements preferred
