You'll join our Strategic Growth team as the face of the company, driving net-new revenue by recruiting top real estate agents to Compass. You'll influence agents to switch brokerages by selling our integrated technology, marketing, and culture. This role offers direct access to decision-makers and a high-impact, fast-paced environment.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Recruit top-producing real estate agents to join Compass
- Build relationships and drive revenue through in-person meetings
- Present Compass value proposition to decision-makers
- Manage a sales pipeline and achieve quarterly quotas
๐ Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant experience
- BA or BS degree
- Strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude
- Self-starter with ability to solve problems independently

- Experience in real estate or enterprise sales
- Background in investment banking or management consulting
- Track record of exceeding sales quotas
