💼 About This Role

You'll lead the architecture and evolution of automation and quality engineering for Saviynt's cloud-native Identity Security platform. You'll partner with Engineering, Product, and SRE teams to design scalable test frameworks and drive automation-first development. You'll also champion AI-powered development and testing tools to accelerate productivity and improve quality.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Architect and evolve enterprise-scale automation frameworks across APIs, web UI, and backend services
• Lead adoption of AI-powered developer tools like Amazon Q Developer and Cursor
• Drive testing across functional, regression, performance, security, and resiliency scenarios
• Partner with Engineering and SRE to identify coverage gaps and release quality metrics

📋 Requirements

• 9+ years of experience in software test automation
• Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools such as Claude, Amazon Q Developer or Cursor
• Strong experience designing scalable test automation frameworks using Playwright, PyTest, Robot Framework, or Karate
• Strong programming skills in Java and Python

• Knowledge of performance testing with JMeter or Gatling
• Familiarity with security and accessibility testing (SAST, DAST, WCAG, axe-core)
