🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead retailer education initiatives and support media/events.
• Manage New Product Introduction campaigns with deep product expertise.
• Oversee B2B and B2C events, organized rides, and Owners Clubs.
• Maintain partnership with brand sales teams to align marketing goals.

📋 Requirements

• Proven experience in marketing management in cycling or outdoor industry.
• Strong confidence working with HubSpot or similar CRM/automation platforms.
• Excellent project management skills with high attention to detail.
• Effective communication across multiple departments and external partners.
