Description

You will perform planning and design of civil site/land development projects, build client relationships, and contribute to strategic initiatives that drive group growth. This hybrid role is based in Glastonbury, CT, working on projects for municipal, public, and private clients.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
• PE License required.
• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
• Track record for adhering to design budgets and schedules.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Produce multiple, concurrent civil site/land development projects for municipal, public, and private clients.
• Ensure the development of high-quality engineering documents.
• Adhere to all internal procedures for quality control, documentation, and project tracking.
• Contribute to other project work as a technical specialist or advisor, as needed.
• Mentor junior staff.
