You'll own the contractor activation funnel for a fast-growing AI data startup, from qualification through onboarding. You'll identify bottlenecks, implement automation, and improve conversion rates. • Own contractor activation funnel performance.

📋 Requirements

• 3-6 years in program management or business operations.
• Proven track record in high-performance setting.
• Experience with marketplace dynamics or workforce operations.
