💼 About This Role

You'll manage a portfolio of VIP clients, ensuring high engagement and satisfaction in a remote-first environment. You'll monitor user activity and implement strategies to increase retention and reactivation of inactive clients, acting as a trusted point of contact. This role combines customer success and data-driven insights to enhance user engagement and long-term loyalty.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage a portfolio of VIP clients to ensure engagement and satisfaction
• Monitor user activity and implement retention strategies
• Provide personalized support based on customer behavior
• Handle inbound/outbound communications via email, chat, and phone

📋 Requirements

• VIP account management or customer success experience, ideally in iGaming
• Strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken
• Experience handling customer objections and delivering high-quality service under pressure
• Availability to work evening hours (18:00-02:00 Kyiv time, Monday-Friday)
