Description

You will design, coordinate, and deliver learning programs that build digital fluency across the organization, focusing on AI tools like Glean, ChatGPT, Zoom AI, and CoPilot. You'll create training materials, facilitate live and virtual sessions, and collaborate with teams to ensure employees understand both the technical and business impact of AI enablement.

Requirements

• Minimum 3-5 years experience in training, instructional design, learning development, or related technology enablement role
• Strong understanding of AI fundamentals and modern workplace technologies (e.g., Glean, ChatGPT, CoPilot, Zoom AI, Microsoft 365)
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Proven ability to design compelling presentations and learning materials (PowerPoint proficiency required)
• Demonstrated experience facilitating live and virtual training sessions
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Information Systems, Education, or related field

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and evolve AI and technology learning pathways
• Plan and prioritize the firmwide AI learning calendar
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to identify training needs
• Create engaging presentations and training decks
• Deliver live and recorded training sessions
• Provide one-on-one or small group support for AI tool application
• Evaluate learning outcomes and recommend program enhancements
• Develop and maintain a repository of training materials
• Support onboarding materials for new hires
• Define training success metrics and analyze data
• Stay current with AI and technology trends
• Act as a bridge between technical teams and business users
