💼 About This Role

You'll drive new revenue for Sprig, the AI-native successor to legacy survey tools, by owning the full sales cycle for mid-market accounts. Your core impact will be prospecting, qualifying, and closing deals with high-growth companies like Notion and Figma. This role offers hybrid work at our San Francisco HQ with a competitive OTE range.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Identify and target high-growth Mid-Market companies and key decision-makers
  • Craft thoughtful messaging using cold outreach (email, LinkedIn, calls) to generate pipeline
  • Qualify customer challenges and communicate Sprig's value to determine fit
  • Run efficient sales cycles from discovery through close with multiple stakeholders

📋 Requirements

  • 3+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience in a closing role focused on net-new business
  • Proven track record of success in a quota-carrying role with strong pipeline management skills
  • Hunter mentality – enjoys prospecting and building pipeline from scratch
  • Entrepreneurial mindset – self-starter who thrives in fast-moving environments
