💼 About This Role

You'll ensure compliance with occupational health and safety legislation and maintain the Integrated Management System (IMS). You'll conduct risk assessments, site inspections, and internal audits, driving continuous improvement. This role is onsite at a full-cycle production facility in Istanbul.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Conduct workplace risk assessments and develop improvement proposals.
• Perform regular site inspections and enforce corrective actions.
• Organize and deliver occupational health and safety training.
• Manage Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) procurement and maintenance.
• Support and maintain the Integrated Management System (IMS).

📋 Requirements

• Health and Safety Certificate Class B (Turkish legislation).
• ISO 14001/45001/9001 Internal Auditor Certificate.
• Minimum 1 year working experience in a production environment.
• Proficiency in document management systems and quality software.

✨ Nice to Have

• Knowledge of medical check delivery and work injury investigation.
• Experience obtaining state permits for high-risk work objects.
