💼 About This Role

You'll lead a high-impact team building AI-powered document automation APIs and no-code workflow tools. Your work will directly shape the infrastructure powering next-generation intelligent document processing for Fortune 500 clients.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of engineers building AI-powered APIs
• Drive the full engineering lifecycle from spec to production
• Champion agentic coding workflows and AI-assisted development practices
• Own delivery for platform features including PDF APIs and MCP servers

📋 Requirements

• 3-5 years as an Engineering Manager in software development
• Strong technical background in backend and/or API development
• Hands-on experience with agentic coding workflows and AI-assisted development
• Proven experience with cloud-native, production-grade APIs

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with MCP servers, no-code tooling, or workflow automation platforms
• Familiarity with AI/LLM technologies and document processing systems
• Based in Porto, Portugal with ability to collaborate with Dublin team
