💼 About This Role

You'll own the platform roadmap for Float's unified business finance platform, ensuring core primitives accelerate delivery across Cards, Business Accounts, and Bill Pay. Your success is measured by increased delivery velocity and platform reliability. This staff-level role combines strategic planning with direct execution on critical platform initiatives.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define multi-quarter platform roadmap aligned with company strategy.
• Drive high-leverage platform initiatives from problem definition to launch.
• Partner with Engineering leads on architecture trade-offs for scalability.
• Establish prioritization and dependency management between platform and feature squads.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience in platform or fintech.
• Deep expertise in ledger models, reconciliation logic, and payment systems.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive cross-team alignment.
• Experience with API-heavy environments and platform thinking.
