💼 About This Role

You'll assist in designing efficient plant layouts and support throughput optimization for a production facility. You'll provide daily production support and help implement continuous improvement initiatives. This role is an entry point between engineering design and the factory floor.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Assist in updating manufacturing floor layouts to improve material flow.
• Perform time studies and analyze production data to identify bottlenecks.
• Support tracking of key performance indicators like FPY and OPE.
• Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures and assembly instructions.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.
• 0–2 years of experience in manufacturing or electromechanical environment.
• Basic proficiency with 2D/3D CAD software such as SolidWorks or SketchUp.
• Exposure to Lean Manufacturing principles (5S, Kaizen, etc.).

✨ Nice to Have

• Exposure to Plant Simulation software or modeling tools.
• EIT certification or Six Sigma Green Belt training.
• Experience with ERP/MRP software for managing BOMs.
