You'll lead developmental flight testing of a revolutionary Group 5 UAS, working with cross-functional teams to plan, execute, and report on test events. Your work will directly impact fielded products in a fast-paced defense tech environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Plan, coordinate, execute, and report on test programs.
• Manage flight test campaign for multiple test articles.
• Facilitate technical interactions between engineering teams.
• Conduct testing in lab, ground, and flight environments.

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years as test conductor/director for developmental aircraft systems.
• Bachelor's degree in technical discipline or equivalent engineering experience.
• Experience with developmental test of manned/unmanned aircraft.
• Knowledge of DCMA INST 8210, MIL-STD-516, and 14 CFR.

✨ Nice to Have

• 15+ years in Test Evaluation or related fields.
• Previously served as Flight Test Engineering Lead.
• Experience with first flight of developmental aircraft.
