You'll join a collaborative People Operations team to build and scale people infrastructure across regions, ensuring a seamless employee lifecycle from onboarding to off-boarding. Your work will continuously improve systems and processes to enhance both individual and organizational performance. This role is critical to supporting global energy transformation through smart, sustainable technology.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own and improve people systems (HiBob, Lever, Zinc) for data integrity and scalability.
• Lead global People Ops initiatives across onboarding, internal mobility, and exits.
• Coordinate onboarding logistics including equipment, contracts, and background checks.
• Support Visa operations by tracking types and managing agency communications.

📋 Requirements

• Solid experience in People Operations or HR in high-growth or global environments.
• Strong understanding of HR systems like Hibob and ATS tools (e.g., Lever, Greenhouse).
• Basic knowledge of UK employment practices with ability to adapt.
• Experience managing people admin across multiple European countries.
