Description

You will own and scale the B2B event channel at Agoda, strategically aligning events with business growth, activation, and relationship building. You'll work at the intersection of strategy and execution, developing scalable frameworks and leading cross-functional initiatives to drive measurable business impact. This role sits in Bangkok and requires strong stakeholder orchestration and structured problem-solving.

Requirements

  • Background in management consulting, strategy, business transformation, PMO, or complex program leadership
  • Structured problem-solving ability to turn ambiguity into clear frameworks and action plans
  • Experience working with senior leadership and navigating high-visibility, high-complexity environments
  • Exceptional project management discipline with ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives
  • Strong analytical thinking and commercial acumen with understanding of P&L

Responsibilities

  • Translate commercial priorities into event strategies with clear business cases and annual roadmaps
  • Define success metrics beyond attendance, focusing on pipeline impact, activation, ROI, and incrementality
  • Partner with Business Development, Sales, Supply, PR, Content, Branding, and Senior Leadership to align diverse stakeholders
  • Lead large, multi-workstream initiatives end-to-end with detailed project plans, risk mitigation, and milestone tracking
  • Build measurement frameworks, dashboards, and post-event impact analysis to optimize effectiveness
