Description
You will collaborate with subject matter experts to analyze, design, and develop training programs for technical products and operations. Your work will enable internal teams and customers to achieve product readiness and mission success through engaging learning experiences.
Requirements
- 3–5 years experience in curriculum development or instructional design, ideally in technical or defense environments
- Strong knowledge of instructional design models (ADDIE, SAM, Gagne's, Merrill's) and adult learning theories
- Proven project management skills including scope planning, communications, and stakeholder alignment
- Experience developing training for diverse modalities (ILT, VILT, eLearning, performance support)
- Exceptional written, verbal, and visual communication skills
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with SMEs and engineers to identify training requirements and define learning outcomes
- Conduct needs assessments to identify skill gaps and align training with business objectives
- Design curriculum frameworks and instructional materials using ADDIE, Kirkpatrick, and other models
- Create blended learning content including ILT, e-learning, job aids, and hands-on practicals
- Maintain version control, documentation standards, and compliance with training systems
