Description

You will build and maintain foundational governance for our global workforce, focusing on policy development, compliance, and complex employee relations. This high-impact role involves leading investigations, driving compliance across multiple jurisdictions, and setting operational standards to ensure scalable and legally sound people management practices.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a People function with focus on Employee Relations and Compliance.
  • Track record of managing and resolving complex ER cases across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Ability to analyze systemic ER and compliance data and translate findings into strategic recommendations.
  • Experience advising management on best practices to mitigate legal risk.
  • Proven ability to design, own, and execute global People policies with Legal.

Responsibilities

  • Own the full lifecycle of People policies globally.
  • Lead implementation and cross-functional enhancement of policies with Legal.
  • Develop standardized operating procedures and consultation guides.
  • Serve as operational owner for employee representative body consultation processes.
  • Manage operational execution of systematic performance structures.
