You'll join a mission-driven team to post payments from EOBs and resolve payment discrepancies for a healthcare startup improving accessibility. You'll identify payer issues and ensure accurate payment posting. This role offers a chance to make a real impact in behavioral health.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Analyze EOBs and post manual payments
• Identify payers with payment posting issues
• Accurately correct payment posting errors
• Investigate payment issues and resolve discrepancies

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years experience with revenue cycle management and billing for commercial and Medicaid plans
• Experience with payment posting in the autism space
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Knowledge of denials and corrections
