You will lead the discovery and launch of potential beauty brands, curate differentiated product assortments, and drive the luxury beauty market within Coupang's rapidly growing retail beauty division, leveraging data and customer insights to shape the future of e-commerce in South Korea.

Requirements

• Experience in retail buying, brand management, or category management (preferred)

• Proactively discover and onboard potential beauty brands based on market trends and customer needs
• Plan and execute differentiated product assortments for Coupang's Rocket Delivery
• Drive growth and innovation in the luxury beauty segment
• Design category strategy and revenue structure with data-driven approach
• Lead brand management end-to-end from sourcing to customer experience
