🎯 What You'll Do

• Assume full accountability for cafe operations in leader's absence
• Foster culture of respect, inclusivity, and continuous learning
• Optimize staffing and shift management for hospitality quality
• Collaborate on business analysis, inventory, and scheduling

📋 Requirements

• 1-2 years in a leadership role or team lead experience
• Completed Blue Bottle Academy barista training or within 90 days
• Existing Food Safety Certification or obtain within 30 days
• Flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays

• Preference for coffee, food, and beverage experience
• Familiarity with Google Docs and online collaboration tools
