💼 About This Role

You'll join a mission-driven team transforming the construction industry with innovative technology and real-time support. You'll provide maintenance and repair for a variety of heavy equipment, using our proprietary T3 platform to diagnose issues faster.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Repair complex mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems
• Use technology to create, assign, and monitor work orders
• Maintain paperwork and electronic documentation of work performed
• Travel to customer job sites for repair and maintenance

📋 Requirements

• Advanced mechanical aptitude and working knowledge of tools
• Own tools applicable to the position
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
• Must be at least 21 years old to operate company vehicle

• Previous field service or maintenance and repair experience
• Knowledge of OSHA requirements
