You'll own the end-to-end customer lifecycle for a fast-growing cybersecurity startup that just raised the largest Series A in security history. Your core impact is driving 100% reference-able customers through clear success plans and cross-functional alignment. This strategy+execution role sits at the intersection of product, operations, AI security engineering, and services.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Design and execute the full customer lifecycle from onboarding to renewal
  • Develop CX strategy balancing human touch with automation at scale
  • Track time-to-value, adoption depth, and expansion readiness metrics
  • Lead executive escalations and risk mitigation for high-stakes accounts

📋 Requirements

  • 10+ years of customer experience, success, or support leadership
  • Proven 0→1 CX function build experience in fast-growth startups
  • Strong background in cybersecurity is required
  • Experience implementing automation and AI-assisted workflows

✨ Nice to Have

  • Experience managing executive-level escalations
  • Data fluency with KPIs, dashboards, and insight translation
