• Lead by example to validate quality of in-store customer experience using Mejuri's Steps of Selling
• Maximize KPI results including OPH, NPS, SPH, and conversion
• Ensure positive customer experience for services like piercing and engraving
• Participate in inventory cycle counts and order fulfillment
• Support merchandising standards and visual presentation
