You'll implement individualized ABA treatment plans as an RBT, helping clients develop essential skills and improve quality of life. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Implement individualized ABA treatment plans designed by a BCBA
• Collect and record data on client progress and behavior
• Provide 1:1 direct ABA therapy to clients in a home setting
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team including BCBAs and therapists

📋 Requirements

• Registered Behavior Technician certification strongly preferred
• 6 months experience with children with autism or developmental disabilities
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to pass a background check
