Description

As a Solutions Engineer at RegScale, you will leverage your GRC expertise to drive sales and ensure customer success. You'll collaborate with sales and marketing to align our value proposition with client needs, lead solution workshops, and help customers achieve compliance outcomes faster.

Requirements

  • 4+ years as Risk and Compliance practitioner or presales engineer in GRC/InfoSec
  • Strong network in Security and GRC ecosystem
  • Proven ability to achieve quantifiable results quarter over quarter
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills to convey complex concepts to diverse audiences
  • Ability to partner effectively with C-Suite, VP, and Director-level contacts

Responsibilities

  • Assist in pipeline development and sales pursuits using GRC expertise
  • Co-develop messaging and value proposition materials with sales and marketing
  • Lead solution workshops with prospects and customers to define business objectives and requirements
  • Help customers achieve desired results from RegScale by driving valuable program outcomes
  • Design and implement a value calculator to assess customer value
