💼 About This Role

You'll lead corporate travel platform implementation and streamline business travel processes for a fast-growing autonomy-at-sea company. You'll own vendor relationships, ensure policy compliance, and enhance the employee travel experience.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead end-to-end travel platform implementation and vendor onboarding.
• Plan and manage travel arrangements for individuals and groups.
• Provide training and support to employees on travel platform usage.
• Generate reports to track travel costs, usage, and satisfaction.

📋 Requirements

• Proven experience in corporate travel coordination or operations.
• Strong understanding of travel management platforms.
• Proven success negotiating group travel rates and managing vendor contracts.
• Familiarity with international travel requirements and visa processing.
