🎯 What You'll Do

  • Lead electrical and mechanical engineers to deliver system from concept to production.
  • Analyze and design system to meet product and technical requirements.
  • Supervise schematic capture, PCB layout, and collaborate across teams.
  • Oversee bring-up, certification testing, and test plan writing.

📋 Requirements

  • Electrical or Mechanical Engineering bachelor's degree or above.
  • At least 7 years in hardware development.
  • Strong electronics design integrating RF, embedded, MCUs, and peripherals.
  • Experience with both low-power and high-power systems.

✨ Nice to Have

  • Experience leading a hardware development team.
  • Experience with RF applications and collaborating with RF/antenna engineers.
  • Startup or small team experience.
