You'll be the first Customer Success Manager for the Fuel iX team, partnering with Engineering, Delivery, and Product to build this critical function. You'll ensure customers maximize value from our generative AI platform and achieve their business goals. This role offers the chance to shape the customer success function at an innovative AI company.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Guide customers through a seamless onboarding process for product adoption.
- Conduct training workshops and demo new features.
- Monitor customer health metrics and proactively address issues.
- Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews to review progress and find opportunities.
๐ Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in customer success at a B2B SaaS organization.
- Proven track record of exceeding customer success goals (retention, satisfaction).
- Deep understanding of end-to-end product management.
- Demonstrated understanding of AI technology and its applications.
