You'll manage quality of supplied components for serial production of UAVs and electronic systems, defining inspection plans and driving root cause analysis to implement corrective actions. You'll ensure supplier compliance with ISO 9001 and AS9100 standards.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage quality of supplied components for UAV serial production
• Define and monitor quality processes and inspection plans
• Analyze supplier performance and lead root cause analysis
• Conduct goods-inward, in-process, and final inspections

📋 Requirements

• Degree in Engineering or related field
• Several years experience in quality assurance or manufacturing
• Knowledge of quality methodologies (FMEA, 8D, SPC)
• ERP and MES system experience with SAP

• Understanding of UAV technology, sensors, and electronics
• Experience with testing and measurement techniques for electronic components
• Strong communication skills in English and German
