You will build and scale the systems that power our growth engine, owning marketing automation, CRM integrity, attribution, and campaign infrastructure. Your work ensures marketing programs are measurable, scalable, and aligned with revenue.

Requirements

• 5+ years in marketing operations or revenue operations
• Deep experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems
• Strong understanding of attribution and funnel analytics
• Technical mindset with strong attention to detail
• Experience in PLG and/or sales-assisted motions

Responsibilities

• Own and manage marketing automation (HubSpot or similar)
• Maintain CRM structure, lifecycle stages, and lead routing
• Build and optimize lead scoring models
• Manage campaign tracking and attribution frameworks
• Improve marketing workflows and automation
